Talvo makes machines AI ready without the capital spend. The permanent part is fitted once and stays with the machine for its working life. Intelligence is added when it is needed and removed when it is not.
If a machine already has cameras that can provide a standard video stream, Talvo can often use them. Existing kit does not automatically have to be stripped out.
Every machine knows itself. No configuration at installation, no fleet manager maintaining a spreadsheet of which unit is on which machine. Records stay attached to the machine they came from.
Moving intelligence from one machine to the next takes a screwdriver and a few minutes. No specialist installation training. No specialist tools.
AI is available for the length of a hire the plant company decides, not a contract term decided by us. A machine going out for two weeks goes out with AI, and the unit moves to the next machine when it comes back.
The machine reports to the portal whether or not an AI unit is fitted. Location, status and telematics do not depend on it.
Detection is context aware, and not limited to human form. The pipeline is built from the ground up to support operators rather than alarm at them during normal work, because a system that shouts at everything gets switched off.
Intelligence is updated continuously, and the cost of AI hardware moving on is carried by Talvo, not by the fleet.
When the machine is sold or the job ends, the AI unit comes back to us. Nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing gets sold on for pennies on the pound.
